All listed rates include:

• preliminary exchange

• list of information & documents to provide

• written report (upon receipt of your payment) (*)

• consultation (after your review of the written report)

• support in implementing the recommendations

(*) except for “One-Question” diagnostic, “On-Site Consultation & Site Visit” and “Additional Consultation” services

To begin our work together, you start by getting in touch with us and then ordering an on-site or remote consultation by providing:

• a floor plan of your property (ideally, an architect's plan) indicating its north orientation

• in the case of an apartment, the orientation of (1) the building's entrance door, (2) your apartment's entrance door, and (3) any balcony/terrace (if applicable)

• in the case of a house, the orientation of (1) the entrance gate and (2) the main door of your house

• the north orientation of your garden, if applicable, must be indicated on your plan

• photos detailing all aspects of the interior and exterior of your property

• a video from outside your property (showing its immediate surroundings) documenting your journey from the exterior to the interior (filming all rooms (or areas) and mentioning its decorative or architectural details – e.g., beams, columns, balconies/terraces/gardens, interiors of rooms (or areas)/closets/dressing rooms, etc.

In the case of an on-site consultation, the details of the plans & floor plans, orientations, photos, videos, and all data that you provide will be confirmed and supplemented with information I gather on-site.

All work shall only commence upon receipt of payment. All preliminary exchange about any project shall not constitute an agreement to work on the project.

All written reports will be issued upon receipt of payment within 5 working days from the date of payment receipt as confirmed by the receiving bank’s published date of payment receipt.

Upon receipt of payment, no refund shall be issued.
